We’ve been thinking a lot about the "Day After."

The 2025 Summit wrapped up in December, and for the first few weeks of the year, the collective adrenaline was enough to carry us. But as we hit February, we’ve noticed a shift—not just in our own office, but in the messages hitting our inbox. The "Herculean Effort" phase of the new year is wearing off.

We all do it. We try to "hustle" our way into a new version of ourselves through sheer willpower. But on our team, we've learned the hard way that willpower is a fickle friend. It disappears the moment you’re tired, stressed, or hit with a Monday morning crisis.

We were recently reviewing some notes from a University of London study that stopped us in our tracks: It takes 66 days, on average, for a behavior to become automatic.

If you started a new goal on Jan 1st, you aren't even halfway to "automatic" yet. This is the danger zone where most people quit because they’re "trying hard" instead of "building easy."

This week, the Goal Achiever’s Team is auditing our own "Friction Points."

We realized we were losing nearly an hour every morning just deciding which fire to put out first. So, we’ve implemented a 3-step "Roadblock Protocol." If the team feels overwhelmed, we shut down internal Slack and email until 10 AM. Period. No exceptions.

What about you? What’s the one thing that breaks your momentum every Tuesday at 2 PM? Shoot us a reply and let us know. We’d love to hear what systems you’re building to replace the hustle.

NEW: Master the ACHIEVE Framework

If you're ready to stop "hustling" and start building a real system, join us on February 23, 2026 (12 PM – 1 PM EST) for an exclusive webinar: "Goal Mastery: How to Use the ACHIEVE Framework to Turn Ambition into Action."

Hosted by Dr. Deepak Bhootra, we’ll be diving deep into the exact mechanics of turning high-level goals into daily progress.

This is exactly why we are taking the Goal Achiever's Summit on the road this year. We don't want to just see you once a year in Orlando. We want to check in with you in your own backyard—starting with Denver on May 8th.

P.S. We are officially opening up spots for Sponsors and Exhibitors for the 2026 tour. If your business helps entrepreneurs get their time back or achieve their goals faster, we should talk.
