| 1. | Identify 1-2 Key Goals — Pick one or two significant aims you are working on right now. |
| 2. | Find Your Champion — Identify one person you trust who genuinely wants to see you succeed. |
| 3. | Share Your Aims Clearly — Articulate your chosen goals to your champion. Be specific. |
| 4. | Agree on a Check-In — A quick text on Wednesdays or a 5-minute call on Fridays. |
| 5. | Offer Reciprocal Support — Accountability is a two-way street. Be a champion for their goals too. |
