5 Steps to Audit Your Inner Circle

1 List Your Top 5 Influences: Who are the five people you spend the most time with, or whose opinions you value most? Write their names down.

2 Assess Their Energy: Honestly, do these people leave you feeling energized and inspired, or drained and discouraged?

3 Identify a Goal-Aligned Connection: Think of one person who consistently pulls you towards your big goals. Reach out to them this week.

4 Pinpoint a Potential Saboteur (Gently): Is there anyone on your list who, even unintentionally, causes self-doubt or distracts you from your path?

5 Seek New Connections: What kind of person do you need in your circle right now to support your next level of growth? Where might you find them?
