We’ve been chatting a lot recently about how things feel like they’re speeding up,
especially as we get closer to December 29-30 in Orlando. Sometimes it feels like there just aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done, right? We on the team know that feeling well.

But what if the real problem isn't a lack of time, but a less-than-perfect strategy for how we use the time we have? We really believe that making a bigger impact isn't always about working more hours. It's often about working smarter.
It’s almost like we’ve been told a story where more effort always equals more results. But honestly, that just leads to burnout for a lot of people, and frankly, some of our favorite snacks. Our research—and the experience of countless successful individuals—points to something different. It’s all about creating systems that help you focus on the tasks that truly move the needle. Rachel Farris, an expert in time management, even noted that high performers prioritize high-impact work over high-volume work. She reserves her mornings for interactive tasks, like client projects, and afternoons for administrative work. That intentional separation makes a huge difference.
And really, it makes perfect sense, doesn't it? When you're constantly jumping from one type of task to another, your brain has to constantly readjust. We’ve found that batching similar tasks, like responding to emails or reviewing documents, cuts down on that mental whiplash. Think about it: if you can train your brain to stay focused for longer periods, even just 30 minutes a day with some brain-training exercises, imagine the cumulative power that creates. It's not magic; it’s just good strategy.
So, how do we start building that better strategy this week?
Identify Your High-Impact Hour: Look at your schedule and find one hour where you can consistently focus on your highest-impact task, free from distractions. Protect this hour like gold.
Batch Similar Tasks: Group together all your emails, phone calls, or research for dedicated blocks of time. Stop letting them interrupt your flow.
Implement a “Decision-Free” Routine: Pick one small decision you make every day (like what to eat for breakfast) and decide it once for the entire week. This saves mental energy for more important things.
Schedule Your Downtime: Seriously, put it on your calendar. Rest and recovery are crucial parts of a high-impact strategy, not an afterthought.
These steps are designed to help you create a rhythm, a system that supports your big goals, rather than constantly battling against the clock. This is exactly the kind of practical wisdom our 40 speakers will be sharing at the Goal Achiever’s Summit, many of whom are experts in time-blocking and prioritization. Imagine learning directly from someone who has mastered how to make every minute count.
Don’t miss out on The Achieve Framework Workshop - hosted by one of our Speakers, Dr. Deepak Bhootra which was recently added as an extra event the day after the Summit. Date and time - Wednesday, December 31 · 9 - 11am EST

Most people do not fail because of a lack of effort. They fail because of the wrong system. The ACHIEVE Framework, created by Dr. Deepak Bhootra, transforms how you approach your goals by integrating insights from sales psychology, behavioral science, and identity-based performance. He is a best-selling author, Sandler Trainer, and executive coach who helps professionals turn motivation into systems that work.
This immersive two-hour workshop will help you design goals that stay consistent and achievable because your system makes success inevitable.
We'd love to see you in Orlando this December 29-30.
With 40 incredible speakers sharing their goal-achievement frameworks, this is going to be transformative. You'll even get access to workshops on time mastery that will quite literally change your days. Secure your spot and book your room now—our summit family is already buzzing with excitement about what we’ll accomplish together.
Warmly,
The Goal Achiever's Summit Team
